Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four years of professional experience in health, social, economic or rehabilitative programs.
• Master’s degree can substitute for one year of experience.
• Experience can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Monitors data and analyzes program eligibility, service delivery, and policy implementation.
• Plans and conducts pre-service, in-service and policy update training for staff.
• Designs supplemental training material for core packages from the Office of Economic Self-Sufficiency.
