Job summary

County of Sonoma seeks an experienced IT professional for a Human Services Network Analyst in the IT unit of the Human Services Department. The role administers and manages key systems including Microsoft 365, Azure, Palo Alto networks, Exchange Online, and identity management, with a focus on security and efficient operations.

The position offers a starting salary up to $68.47/hour ($142,905/year) plus a $20,000 signing bonus, with hybrid telework options and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and managing Windows Server technologies (AD, GPO, IIS, MS SQL)
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks technologies (Firewall, SD-WAN, Prisma, GlobalProtect)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Administration (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage complex network and systems across VMware/Azure environments
• Configure and monitor security, email, and identity services
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical staff in a fast-paced environment
