Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries is seeking an experienced policy analyst to support DRL/ONR in Washington, DC. The role involves protecting human rights, informing policy, and coordinating with interagency partners, civil society, and multilateral actors to advance democracy and U.S. interests.

The analyst will monitor trends, provide expert guidance, draft documents and briefings, and engage foreign interlocutors and industry to promote human rights leadership worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping policy discussions and diplomacy within a government or international context.
• Ability to monitor human rights developments and provide policy guidance.
• Experience coordinating with interagency partners and external experts.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for advancing human rights and democracy priorities within bilateral and multilateral frameworks.
• Provide policy guidance to DRL offices and abroad staff.
• Manage strategic engagements, track initiatives, and coordinate with interagency and civil society.
• Monitor global human rights developments and advise leadership.
• Build networks with foreign governments, academia, and industry to advance U.S. leadership.
• Prepare briefing materials and draft public communications for senior leadership.
