Overview

The Senior Human Resource Specialist is responsible for managing the employee life cycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and termination, as well as administering employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice on complex classification matters and interpretation of policies and regulations.
• Assists in developing briefing and update materials for senior Army leadership.
• Prepares, submits, and tracks recruitment packages for DASA DEC vacancies, from initiation through onboarding.
• Prepares, submits, and tracks awards and other personnel actions for DASA DEC government personnel as required.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of HR experience
• Active Secret clearance required
