Mia-Aesthetic is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager with 10+ years of HR experience to support leaders across multiple US states. This role reports to the SVP, HR and prefers experience in healthcare organizations.

The position requires strong leadership, superior communication, and the ability to navigate complex employee relations matters while driving practical HR solutions in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of Human Resources experience across multiple US states.
• Direct management experience overseeing HR Business Partners or Employee Relations Specialists.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve simple to complex employee and organizational matters through thoughtful analysis and sound business judgment.
• Outstanding grammatical writing skills and verbal communication.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a subject matter expert to clinic leaders on core HR disciplines including retention, leaves, accommodations, performance management, exits, employee relations.
• Directly manages and provides leadership, coaching, and direction to Human Resources team members.
• Navigates HR matters with attention to detail and excellence in analyzing issues and driving effective solutions.
• Applies sound judgment and methodical problem-solving to people matters by identifying, evaluating, and leveraging information to develop business guidance.
• Demonstrates outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including grammar, clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail in all communications.
• When employee relations issues arise, leads investigations, documents information, and partners with stakeholders to drive resolutions.
• Presents assignments and projects timely and accurately, displaying strong business acumen.
• Collaborates with the SVP, Human Resources on multiple matters.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager with 10+ years of HR experience supporting leaders at all levels and across multiple US states. The Senior Human Resources Manager will report to the SVP, HR. Prior HR experience in large- to medium-sized organizations, including the healthcare industry, is preferred.

Up to 10% travel required when business needs necessitate it.

Education & Experience:
