Danfoss Turbocor® Compressors in Tallahassee, Florida is seeking an onsite HR leader to partner with site leadership and employees, shaping an engaged, high-performing workplace aligned with business goals.

You will be the primary onsite HR presence, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee development, and change initiatives in a manufacturing environment, while upholding Danfoss values and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of human resource management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain a highly visible presence in a manufacturing environment, engaging effectively with employees at all levels.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and provide direct feedback.
• Experience partnering with leaders and employees across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Strong understanding of employment practices and HR programs within a manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn workforce data into actionable business recommendations.

The Impact You’ll Make

At Danfoss Turbocor® Compressors in Tallahassee, Florida, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and helping the business scale for future growth. As the onsite HR leader, you will partner closely with leaders and employees to build a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace that supports both business success and individual development. This is more than a traditional HR Manager role. You will serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership, helping drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and change initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. As the primary onsite HR presence for the Tallahassee location, you will play a highly visible role across the organization. Success in this position requires building strong relationships at all levels, maintaining an active presence on the production floor and within business teams, and partnering closely with leaders, employees, and the broader HR organization. You will be comfortable navigating complex situations, communicating with confidence, and offering constructive challenge when needed to ensure decisions align with Danfoss values, people priorities, and business objectives.

• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, provide direct feedback, and navigate difficult conversations in a constructive and professional manner.
• Experience partnering with leaders and employees across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Strong understanding of employment practices and HR programs within a manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn workforce data into actionable business recommendations.
