Danfoss is seeking a Production Supervisor for an on-site role at the Turbocor Global Headquarters in Tallahassee, FL. You will lead daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement.

In this hands-on leadership position, you will coach operators and team leaders, cultivate high-performing teams, and promote a clean, organized workplace with a strong emphasis on 5S. A 5+ year track record in manufacturing supervision is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of production, safety, and quality expectations in an industrial setting.
• Ability to coach employees, manage performance, and handle day-to-day people decisions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
