Our client is a growing international organization expanding its North American operations and investing in its people, leadership, and talent strategy. As the business continues to scale and enter new markets, they are seeking a Senior HR Manager to help build the HR infrastructure and culture needed to support that growth across the NAM region.
This is an opportunity for a strategic, business-minded HR leader who knows how to operate in a high-growth environment, move quickly, and turn HR strategy into action. This person will partner closely with senior leadership and help transition the HR function from reactive to proactive and strategically aligned with the business.
THE ROLE
- Partner with Operational Leadership in North America to develop and execute regional HR strategy.
- Lead day-to-day HR operations across North America.
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals supporting multiple U.S. locations.
- Partner with leadership on organizational growth, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Drive initiatives across culture, engagement, performance management, and leadership development.
- Support talent acquisition and rapid workforce growth.
- Coach leaders and serve as a trusted HR advisor on employee and organizational matters.
- Lead HR integration activities associated with organizational growth and business changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, infrastructure, and overall effectiveness.
- Build a scalable, proactive HR function that can support continued growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR leadership/management experience.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financials, business drivers, and P&L implications.
- Demonstrated experience supporting organizations through growth, transformation, and change.
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategy while remaining hands-on with day-to-day operations.
- Experience managing and developing HR teams across multiple locations.
- Strong experience across employee relations, performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Demonstrated ability to support rapid hiring and workforce expansion.
- Strong knowledge of the talent market with an established professional network.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively partner with senior business leaders and influence organizational decisions.
- Bachelor's degree required.
