ROLE

  • Maintain accurate workforce data across HR systems, reports, and organizational records.
  • Support routine workforce reporting and data administration for HR and business stakeholders.

  • Coordinate across payroll, IT, benefits, and office management to ensure a seamless experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate, complete employee records and personnel files throughout the lifecycle, in line with data-privacy requirements.
  • Serve as the lead for benefits enrollment across the Americas — including new-hire enrollment, annual open enrollment, and qualifying life-event changes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions, coordinating with brokers and carriers as needed.

  • Support benefits communications and education so employees understand and make the most of their benefits.
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate and timely employee changes, new-hire and termination data, and benefits deductions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate processes across HR operations.
