Senior Human Resources Manager, Hatfield, PA (On-Site)

As a senior member of the HR team, you will partner closely with business leaders to drive talent development, succession planning, and workforce alignment to achieve key company objectives. • Ensure team readiness for internal/external audits and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Partner with business leaders to support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
• Lead initiatives tied to process improvement, industry benchmarking, and community engagement while contributing to key steering committees and strategic planning sessions.
