You will be able to influence the future of the organization by hiring key talent and ensuring employee development, while providing strong HR Operations management.
As Senior Human Resources Manager, you’ll be the HR business partner to the site leadership team, reporting directly to the General Manager and overseeing all aspects of human resources—with one direct report and strong cross-functional influence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both executing the details and shaping the bigger picture.
