Job summary

Factory Motor Parts in Minnesota is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape workforce strategy across our distributed network. You will advise regional and site leadership, lead a corporate HR Recruitment team, and own talent acquisition for high-volume hourly and frontline roles.

This role requires strong employee relations skills, investigations, and knowledge of employment laws across states. You’ll partner to rollout new HR tools and processes and help define the HR operating playbook from

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years leading people.
  • Experience supporting a multi-site, geographically distributed workforce from a corporate role, distribution, manufacturing, retail, or logistics backgrounds are a strong fit.
  • Experience owning or closely partnering on talent acquisition, ideally for high-volume hourly/frontline hiring.
  • Strong employee relations skillset, including investigations and complex case management.
  • Working knowledge of employment law across multiple states.
  • A track record of getting things done with a lean team and a lot of ground to cover.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP a plus

  • Manage complex employee relations cases— investigations, terminations, accommodations, with consistency and sound judgment.
  • Keep FMP compliant across multiple state and local employment laws.
  • Spot patterns across sites and bring systemic issues back to HR leadership to fix at the root, not case by case.
  • Support the rollout of new HR tools and processes, including manager self-service and training.
