Job summary

Factory Motor Parts Co in Minnesota seeks an experienced HR leader to shape workforce strategy across a distributed network. You will advise regional and site leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance, while steering a corporate HR Recruitment team that supports field locations.

You will own talent acquisition for high-volume hourly and site leadership roles, drive compliance with multi-state employment laws, and partner across HR to build scalable processes and tools

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years leading people.
  • Experience supporting a multi-site, geographically distributed workforce from a corporate role, distribution, manufacturing, retail, or logistics backgrounds are a strong fit.
  • Experience owning or closely partnering on talent acquisition, ideally for high-volume hourly/frontline hiring.
  • Strong employee relations skillset, including investigations and complex case management.
  • Working knowledge of employment law across multiple states.
  • A track record of getting things done with a lean team and a lot of ground to cover.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP a plus
