We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior HR Generalist to support and drive key human resources initiatives across the organization while managing day-to-day operations within our HR department.
ANNUAL SALARY: $64,000 -$75,000
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, partnering with the Human Resources team to provide timely support and effective resolution of HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure open enrollment activities are accurately processed, completed on schedule, and aligned with established requirements and organizational expectations.
- Administer and support the implementation of company policies, programs, and procedures to promote consistency and compliance.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition and successful integration for new employees.
- Foster a positive candidate and new hire experience throughout the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Support performance management activities, including performance reviews, talent development, and employee growth initiatives.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee feedback, performance improvement, development planning, and disciplinary matters.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Support HR audits, reporting requirements, and data management activities to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment activities, leave of absence programs, and related employee communications and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and benefit management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations.
Experience with employee investigations and HR analytics
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification, preferred.
