Job summary

Metric Bio in Newark, Delaware seeks an autonomous HR Business Partner to advise leadership on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and organisational change. You will partner with site leaders across functions to align people strategies with business needs.

This is a full-time, on-site role covering talent development, succession planning, coaching managers on HR policies and leadership best practices, and leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for the business

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR experience supporting internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Leadership; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• Autonomous, standalone HR partner.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law, HR policy & compliance.
• Experience in employee relations & investigations.

The role in short:

What we're looking for:

• 4Y+ relevant experience, with proven experience directly supporting key internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Leadership - PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• Confident operating as an autonomous / standalone HR partner.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law, HR policy & compliance.
• Demonstrated knowledge in employee relations & investigations

This is an on-site, 5-days a week position, within their site in Newark, Delaware.
