The Senior Human Resources Analyst is an advanced journey level and supervisory confidential classification. Incumbents are expected to work independently, perform and coordinate the full scope of assigned program activities, and supervise and train staff assigned to the specific program areas.
This position administers and applies CalPERS requirements, manages benefits administration, ADA accommodations, leave administration and HRIS administration, while supervising the staff who support these functions. The position also develops, revises, and implements human resources policies and procedures and may prepare or manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) related to these program areas.
