Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst to translate workforce data into actionable insights across our North American operations. You’ll build analytics models, dashboards, and reports using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI to guide talent decisions and workforce planning.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to identify trends, optimize processes, and present clear recommendations to senior leaders, driving strategic outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics or related field.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing workforce, HR or business data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL; Python knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems preferred.

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends, root causes and opportunities that strengthen recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI to deliver workforce insights.

• Lead analytics projects, identifying opportunities to improve reporting, HR data quality and business processes.

• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems preferred.
