Job summary

Uline is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to turn HR data into actionable insights. You will analyze workforce trends, build reporting tools, and support recruiting, retention and workforce planning as part of a growing HR analytics team.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or analytics, 2+ years of analyst experience, and proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python or similar tools. On-site at corporate HQ with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or database management is a plus.
