HR Advisor engagement on these initiatives must be aligned with the Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective relationships across the organization, working closely with business leaders and people managers.
• Implement best practice and process improvements to enhance HR Advisory service delivery and efficiency.
• Provide feedback to the hub team from local managers and employees to ensure continuous service delivery improvements.
• Responsible for New Employee Onboarding sessions and process I-9 as per local regulations.
• Knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) to support Union population where applicable.
• Undertake ad hoc project work and provide support to the HR Services Team and Global HR Business Partners.
• Partner with the US HR Country Lead and Site HRBP’s to develop HR related materials and procedures.

Principal Accountabilities

• Resolve queries escalated from the hub advisory team.
• Provide employee relations support including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Support performance improvement and manage complex compensation and pay issues.
• Address reasonable accommodations and complex absence issues.
• Conduct drug and alcohol testing.
• Transfer knowledge on Country specific policies and legislation.
• Support implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with HR goals.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and managers on specific projects such as organization design and workforce planning.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in HR, focusing on employment laws and employee relations.

Skills:

• Proficient in Workday and Excel.

Education:

• Preference for a 4-year degree.
