Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to influence culture and partner with leadership across a growing media organization in Midtown Manhattan. This on-site role covers employee relations, recruiting, payroll, and benefits, with a focus on data-driven HR strategies and people processes.

You will work five days a week onsite, support payroll processing, onboarding, and HR compliance while advancing a positive employee experience and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience with UKG/UltiPro or other HRIS platforms preferred.
• Experience supporting payroll, employee relations, recruiting, and compliance initiatives.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in New York City

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters and advise managers on HR best practices.
• Support full-cycle recruiting and hiring initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation programs.
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and HR administration.
• Support training, development, compensation, and benefits programs.
• Ensure HR compliance, maintain employee records, and analyze HR metrics.
