Explico, a forensic engineering firm, seeks a Senior Human Factors Expert to lead investigations on perception, behavior, decision-making, and safety systems. You will provide testimony, manage expert reports, and work directly with clients and legal teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in applied human factors with a forensic or legal background; a PhD is preferred. You will mentor junior staff and build strong client relationships on nationally visible cases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in applied human factors, with a strong forensic or legal background.
• PhD preferred in Human Factors, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Proven expert witness experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
