Explico, a forensic engineering firm, seeks a Senior Human Factors Expert to lead investigations on perception, behavior, decision-making, and safety systems. You will provide testimony, manage expert reports, and work directly with clients and legal teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in applied human factors with a forensic or legal background; a PhD is preferred. You will mentor junior staff and build strong client relationships on nationally visible cases.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Human Factors Expert, you will lead complex investigations involving perception, behavior, decision-making, and safety systems. You will provide testimony, manage expert reports, and work directly with clients and legal teams.

What We’re Looking For

Starting salary range for this position is $120,000 to $300,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
