Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards (FDA, IEC 62366, IEC 60601-1-6, AAMI HE75, ISO 14971).
• Experience with usability testing and user research.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and organize complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive training, continuous improvement, and initiatives to improve functional outcomes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure products meet needs and mitigate risk.
• Develop and maintain human factors plans, protocols, and reports.
• Support creation of user needs, claims, and critical tasks during product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional meetings on human factors topics related to project execution.
• Mentor team members to develop essential skills and knowledge.
