Qualifications

• Four+ years in data analysis and modeling.
• Three+ years building automated HR dashboards for executives.
• Experience with SQL and scripting (Python/R).

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics for HR decision-making with dashboards and predictive models.
• Develop ETL processes in AWS cloud and document data dictionaries.
• Communicate findings to agency leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
