Job summary

B&A is seeking a Human Capital Analyst Expert to support NGA, delivering advanced workforce analytics, data modeling, dashboards, and predictive insights. You will apply AI/ML techniques and cloud technologies to drive strategic workforce decisions across the organization.

You will collaborate with HD, IT, and NGA leadership to automate reporting, improve data quality, and advance NGA's human capital data strategy while adhering to NGA governance standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data analysis; 3+ years building executive dashboards
• 3+ years SQL querying and data manipulation with Python/R
• Experience with large, complex datasets (1M+ records) and HR data sources

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for data analytics and visualization for HD.
• Develop dashboards and predictive models connected to live NGA data.
• Automate ETL processes in AWS cloud and document data dictionaries.
• Ensure reports meet NGA quality standards and inform leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with IT and agency leaders to improve data governance and data quality.
