Job summary

Ebenezer in Minneapolis is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to support HUD senior housing residents, coordinating services and transportation, and advocating access to community resources to help residents age in place.

Responsibilities include case management, intake and referrals, coordinating meal programs, tracking HUD reporting, and collaborating with local agencies to ensure safety and well-being of residents.

Qualifications

• 3 years of previous experience in resident services or related field.
• Annual HUD Training (12 hours per year) required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Medical exam certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be insurable under employer auto insurance.
• Must complete transportation curriculum and driving evaluation within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management: Intake, referral services, evaluation of health, psychological and social needs.
• Develop tailored service plans and reassess resident needs.
• Coordinate transportation and meal programs with community partners.
• Educate residents on services, procedures, rights, and advocacy.
• Maintain resident files and HUD records; document in AASC software.
