Resident Services Coordinator - Independent Living

Ebenezer is looking for a Resident Services Coordinator - RSC to join our team at Ridge Pointe Apartments in Burnsville, MN. This position provides general case management, information and referral services to enable residents to live independently in their senior apartments. The coordinator will work with residents as needed to resolve issues.

Schedule

• 48 hours every two weeks
• Part time, Day shift
• No weekends
• Full Benefits package

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to enable residents to live independently in their apartments.
• Serves as resource to residents seeking information in social service related areas.
• Provides guidance and support when dealing with aging in place issues.
• Access and work with community providers for referrals and educational opportunities.
• Assists resident with coordinating NAPS, Meals on Wheels, Tax preparation, forms and mail upon request.

• Combination Education & Experience
• 2 years Experience with older adults
• 1 year Social worker
