The Granville is a senior affordable housing community in Phoenix, AZ managed by Celtic Property Management. WeSeek a seasoned Community Manager to ensure HUD/LIHTC compliance, lead a strong onsite team, and drive occupancy while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Community Manager experience in HUD and/or LIHTC affordable housing.
• Understand HUD regulations, EIV, HOTMA, and affordable housing compliance.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Leads with accountability and professionalism.
• Comfortable making independent decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Yardi or similar property management software.
• Holds a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of community operations with emphasis on compliance.
• Complete certifications, annual and interim recertifications, and EIV processing.
• Prepare for MORs, REAC inspections, and file audits.
• Lead and develop onsite team through coaching and training.
• Drive occupancy goals through leasing, retention, and marketing.
• Oversee rent collections, subsidy payments, budgeting, invoices, and reporting.
• Partner with maintenance to ensure work orders, turns, and preventive maintenance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve resident concerns.
• Maintain organized records and submit required reports on time.
