The Property/Community Manager oversees daily operations and financial performance of HUD-assisted and LIHTC communities serving elderly and disabled residents, ensuring full regulatory compliance and successful leasing and occupancy while coordinating with regulatory agencies and ownership.

Qualifications

• IQ? Associate's degree or equivalent and two years of experience as a Community Manager.
• Real Estate License must be obtained within 9 months of employment.
• Certified Occupancy Specialist (HUD) or equivalent within 18 months of hire.
• Certified Assisted Housing Manager or Certified Tax Credit Specialist is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial performance of HUD-assisted and/or LIHTC communities.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance across properties.
• Provide effective team leadership and positive resident relations.
• Lead leasing and occupancy efforts and coordinate with regulatory agencies and ownership.

Education

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent

Real Estate License must be obtained within 9 months of employment

Certified Occupancy Specialist (HUD) or equivalent within 18 months

Certified Tax Credit Specialist within 18 months

Certified Assisted Housing Manager or Certified Tax Credit Specialist
