Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH© is seeking a Senior Experience Designer – Banner to transform creative vision into production-ready digital banner experiences. You will balance brand expression, motion, and media performance while working across Art, Copy, Development and other designers.

We look for 6–8 years in digital/motion/interactive design, a design- systems mindset, and experience with HTML banners in regulated spaces. Collaborate to deliver scalable, brand-aware solutions with autonomy.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design.
• Degree in Design or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience designing HTML media banners in regulated industries.
• Experience contributing to or governing design systems.
• Collaborative work with Art, Copy, Development and other designers.
• Understanding of HTML as it relates to media banners.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from concept through delivery as a trusted individual contributor.
• Work with minimal direction while meeting creative, technical and production standards.
• Design within real-world constraints of HTML media banner production and animation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure feasible, brand-aligned solutions.
• Apply design judgment to balance creative intent with technical feasibility.
• Mentor fellow Experience Designers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
