EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a Senior Experience Designer - Banner to transform creative vision into production-ready digital banner experiences. You will balance brand expression, motion, and performance, working autonomously and mentoring others.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in digital design, strong HTML banner expertise in regulated spaces, and proficiency in Figma. This role emphasizes collaboration across Art, Copy, Development, and design teams in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design.
Experience designing HTML media banners within pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
Experience contributing to or working within design systems.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Art, Copy, Development, and other designers.
Experience optimizing creative for performance marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

Own projects from concept through delivery as a trusted individual contributor.
Operate with minimal oversight, maintaining momentum and quality.
Design within real-world constraints for HTML media banner production, motion, and responsiveness.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Art, Copy, Development, and fellow Experience Designers.
Mentor fellow Experience Designers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
