EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to lead Web/IVA design across brand and technical systems. You will translate creative vision into production‑ready digital experiences, balancing brand expression with system integrity and feasibility.

The role requires autonomy, deep craft expertise, and collaboration with Art, Copy, UX, and Development to deliver scalable, brand‑aware solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Experience designing websites/IVAs within pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience contributing to or working within design systems.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with Art, Copy, Development, and other designers.
• Basic understanding of HTML as it relates to media banner production.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from concept through delivery as a trusted individual contributor—working independently or with others.
• Exercise sound judgment and maintain momentum with minimal direction.
• Apply established design systems, components, patterns, tokens, and tokens to create scalable web/IVA experiences.
• Translate creative intent into solutions that respect brand and production realities, including accessibility and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Art, Copy, Development, and other designers to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Evaluate tradeoffs, incorporate feedback, and make informed execution decisions balancing vision and practicality.
• Mentor fellow designers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
