The role requires deep expertise in HTML media banner production, motion design, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, brand-aware solutions with high quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries.
• Experience contributing to or governing design systems.
• Basic understanding of HTML as it relates to media banner production.
• Experience optimizing creative for performance marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from concept through delivery as a trusted individual contributor.
• Collaborate with Art, Copy, Development, and other Designers to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Apply design judgment to balance creative intent, technical feasibility, and production quality.
• Mentor fellow designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
