Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Principal to join the HE/HTA/V&A Practice and lead high‑impact engagements for life sciences clients. You will shape evidence plans, influence payer discussions, and drive market access strategies with global IQVIA capabilities.

You will develop new business opportunities, mentor teams, and deliver complex projects for senior stakeholders, leveraging a deep network and strong analytical skills to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with 10+ years in consulting, pharma or healthcare.
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop HE/HTA stakeholder solutions.
• Track record driving HQ/global deals and offering development.
• Established pharmaceutical and payer network across regions.
• Strong understanding of payer evaluation and market access dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery to delivery with high satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for expanding projects and offerings.
• Present materials and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with multi-offering projects (HE/HTA, PMA, PRO, RWE).
• mentor, coach, and develop staff; lead ad hoc leadership initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends to anticipate client needs.
