Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Principal in Health Economics, HTA/Value & Access to lead engagements with life sciences clients, delivering evidence and strategy across global payer requirements.

You will own relationships, shape projects, mentor staff, and grow the HE/HTA/V&A practice within the DTAS team, driving revenue and delivering high-impact outcomes for clients. This senior role demands strategic thinking, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in consulting, pharma, or healthcare with a focus on HTA/HEOR.
• Experience with AI/ML is a plus.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and develop tailored HE/HTA solutions.
• Strong understanding of payer evaluation processes and value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements from initial conversations to project delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
• Lead thought leadership and firm-building initiatives for IQVIA.
• Mentor staff and lead project work streams within the DTAS HE/HTA/V&A practice.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality work meeting client expectations.
