RWE Americas, LLC invites applications for a Sr Director, HSSE Project Execution. The role leads HSSE strategy across North American construction projects, ensuring safe work conditions and regulatory compliance while driving environmental protection and a zero-harm safety culture.

Responsibilities include leading a contract HSSE team, implementing management systems, and reporting KPIs and trends to leadership. Requires 11+ years in construction safety and willingness to travel domestically.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
11+ years of construction safety management experience.
Experience leading HSSE teams and programs across regions.
Strong regulatory knowledge and risk management capabilities.
Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Lead and support a team of contract HSSE professionals to achieve KPIs and targets.
Develop and implement HSSE strategy, policies, and training across projects.
Oversee HSSE compliance with legislation and environmental requirements.
