Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Sr HSSE Project Execution Associate to ensure health, safety, security and environmental compliance across construction projects, development and operating sites. You will support the HSSE management system, collect and report metrics, and drive adherence to regulatory requirements while managing contractor performance.

The role requires an associate or bachelor’s in a relevant field (or 6 years experience), travel over 50%, and strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in health, safety, or environmental science (or 6+ years experience in lieu of degree).
• Professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years HSSE in power generation/related facilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and ensures health and safety across facilities and projects.
• Drives continuous HSSE improvements in operations and project execution.
• Coordinates collection and accuracy of contractor man-hours.
• Travels domestically >50% to sites and projects.
• Leads HSSE trainings and participates in cross-functional meetings.
