Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Sr HSSE Project Execution Associate to ensure health, safety, security, and environmental compliance across construction projects and operations. You will implement the HSSE management system, lead investigations, and report on daily to monthly activities and non-conformances.

The role requires strong OSHA/EPA knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to travel >50% across facilities and projects in the region.

Qualifications

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Construction Safety, and/or Environmental Science.
Professional certification preferred.
Minimum 3 years HSSE experience related to operations, maintenance, or construction.
Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
Proficiency with MS Office and safety platforms.
Willingness to travel domestically ≥50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Promotes and ensures the health and safety of all employees, contractors, and subcontractors on facilities and projects.
Drives continuous HSSE improvement across operations and project execution.
Coordinates contractor man-hours collection and accuracy.
Performs investigations and prepares reports; uses KPA Flex system for updates.
Develops corrective actions with Operations, Project Execution, and Engineering.
Monitors HSSE metrics and reports OSHA 300 injury data timely.
