Job summary

Cydecor is seeking a Senior Human System Integration Engineer to provide integrated analysis, design, and assessment of requirements for human factors, manpower, training, safety, and habitability within defense programs.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize total system performance, ensuring efficient operability and lifecycle cost management, onsite in the Washington, DC area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Human Systems Integration.
• ABET engineering BS or related field with 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science.
• Ability to analyze designs through review of design artifacts.
• Ability to perform quantitative analyses.
• Interim or Active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Optimize human performance to increase total system performance and minimize ownership costs.
• Maximize human-machine performance through understanding of the human element and a total system approach.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and logistics professionals to achieve program outcomes.
