Job summary

GENERAL DYNAMICS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, INC. seeks a senior engineering professional to design, test, and operate complex electrical and computer systems for sensitive environments.

You will inspect client sites, develop R&D plans, and document technical results, guiding junior staff where needed. The role requires DEC or higher clearance familiarity, 10+ years of countermeasures experience, and willingness to travel 25–50% for field assessments and site surveys in support of IC and NSSAM

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the TSCM Fundamentals Course at the ITC.
• Ability to travel 25–50% of the time.
• Experience conducting site surveys and inspections for IC 705 and NSSAM regulations.
• 10+ years of related countermeasures engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, plan, test and operate electrical, electromechanical, and/or computer components and systems.
• Inspect client sites to ensure compliance with regulations and customer direction.
• Develop research and development plans and document results.
• Coach and guide less-experienced team members and lead technical tasks.
• Prepare assessment of threats and trends from intelligence data.
