Ramboll is seeking a Senior HSEQ leader to guide safety, health, environment, and quality across its Americas EPC/EPCM portfolio. You will partner with project directors to implement a portfolio-wide HSEQ approach and scalable structures.

The role emphasizes contractor management, stakeholder influence, and safe delivery of complex engineering, procurement, construction, and turnover activities. Remote work within the U.S. is supported, with a comprehensive benefits package and bonus potential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of on-site HSEQ leadership experience with large EPC/EPCM exposure.
• Strong contractor management and stakeholder influence skills.

• Provide senior HSEQ leadership across Ramboll's Americas EPC/EPCM portfolio.
• Lead development of a portfolio-wide HSEQ approach and advise project directors.
• Define scalable HSEQ organization structures and standardized execution plans.
• Coordinate HSEQ expectations across contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Support safe delivery of complex engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and turnover activities.

• Lead development of a portfolio-wide HSEQ approach and serve as primary advisor to project directors.
• Define scalable HSEQ organization structures and standardized execution plans.
• Coordinate HSEQ expectations across contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSEQ leadership experience with large-scale EPC/EPCM exposure.
• Strong contractor management and stakeholder influence skills.
• Anticipated base salary $136,497 to $197,515 per year.
• Comprehensive benefits package and potential bonus or overtime.
• Opportunity to work remotely within the U.S.
