Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety on an ongoing project in Haskell, TX. The role focuses on driving a strong safety culture and partnering with project teams to deliver results.

The candidate will develop and enforce project Safety Programs, collaborate with leadership to review metrics, and conduct preconstruction safety meetings with subcontractors. Travel to field sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited degree program in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field of study
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification preferred
• 10 + years of progressive field experience on large scale projects 4 + of which should be in management
• Proven ability supporting large scale multi-million-dollar projects
• Ability to identify known and potential safety related exposures and lead implementation of corrective actions
• Familiar with general construction operations
• Demonstrate elements of leadership from within, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to build teams and professional relationships
• Professional verbal and written communication skills and effective presentation delivery skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Analytical thinking, good judgment, and complex problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations across sites
• Support HSSE systems and implement safety programs with project teams
• Develop and enforce project Safety Program policies and procedures
• Create safety reports, assess metrics, and recommend improvements
• Lead preconstruction safety meetings with subcontractors and review job hazard analyses
• Travel to site locations as needed and access elevated areas
