Job summary

GAS Energy Staffing LLC seeks a qualified HSE Specialist/WSER III to promote a safe, compliant work environment in Midland, TX. Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in HSE roles.
• 3+ years upstream HSE experience.
• 3+ years with HSE Management Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety, Environmental Sciences or related field.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership covering OSHA standards and compliance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state requirements through EH&S programs.
• Assist in developing and maintaining safety systems and procedures.
• Investigate hazards, incidents and near-misses to prevent recurrence.
• Support improvements in processes, equipment, and training to reduce hazards.
• Lead training and auditing to ensure HSE excellence across the site.
