Kelvion, a global leader in mission-critical thermal solutions, seeks an experienced HSE Specialist to drive health, safety, and environmental programs. You will conduct audits, lead investigations, and deliver trainings to promote a strong safety culture across field and facility operations.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in safety or related field with 5+ years in industrial safety, plus certifications such as CSHO/CSP and OSHA 30.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health, or related field; master’s preferred.
• CSHO, CSP, OSHA 30, HAZWOPER, CPR/First Aid Instructor certifications are highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across field and facility operations.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training (CPR, First Aid, OSHA topics, HAZWOPER) to employees and contractors.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, DEQ, and other regulations.
• Support third-party safety registries (ISNetworld, Veriforce, PEC).
