Job summary

ASRC Talent Solutions seeks an HSE Specialist III to support the Exploration/Seismic team during the 26/27 season. You will provide Safety and Health expertise, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to the Alaska Safety Handbook and company policies. Lead safety initiatives with management and field staff to foster a zero-incident culture.

The role emphasizes compliance with federal/state regulations and personal accountability for safe work practices across all projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HSE experience in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide Safety and Health expertise to the Exploration/Seismic team.
• Identify safety risks, mitigation strategies, and communicate to HSE & field leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Alaska Safety Handbook, company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide safety leadership to management to achieve compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support a zero-incident safety culture and personal accountability for safe work practices.
