Job summary

A leading energy solutions provider is seeking a Specialist in Health, Safety & Environmental based in Anchorage, AK. This role will focus on maintaining health and safety compliance across operations and requires analytical skills to support incident investigations and safety programs. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of HSE experience and a proactive approach to safety culture. The role offers a salary range of $95,000 - $112,000, alongside flexible paid time off and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with HSE, safety, and/or program and process management.
• 2+ years of experience in HSE and/or risk management.
• Experience working in high hazard industries.

Responsibilities

• Complete incident reports, perform post-accident investigations, and communicate learnings across business groups.
• Advise workers on safety policies and procedures.
• Analyze loss data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve safety outcomes.
