Job summary

ASRC Talent Solutions seeks an HSE Specialist III to support the Exploration/Seismic team during the 26/27 season. You will provide Safety and Health expertise, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to the Alaska Safety Handbook and company policies. Lead safety initiatives with management and field staff to foster a zero-incident culture.

The role emphasizes compliance with federal/state regulations and personal accountability for safe work practices across all projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HSE experience in the oil and gas industry.

The HSE Specialist III will provide overall HSE support to the exploration/seismic team during the 26/27 exploration season.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Overall responsibility to provide Safety and Health expertise to Exploration/Seismic team.
• Identify safety risks, issues, & mitigation strategies & communicate to HSE & field leadership
• Ensures compliance with company policies, training, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide safety leadership to management and employees to achieve compliance with Alaska Safety Handbook, company HSE, and federal/state regulatory requirements.
• Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.
• Other duties will be assigned to this position as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of HSE experience in the oil and gas industry
