Job summary

Give & Go is seeking an experienced HSE leader to manage the health, safety, and environmental compliance program in New York. You will partner with external contractors and internal teams to drive risk assessments, LOTO, machine guarding, and governance, ensuring adherence to local laws and Mondelez standards.

You will oversee capital projects, training, and succession planning while modelling strong leadership and communication to build a positive safety culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related area.
• Minimum of 10 years HSE experience developing programs.
• Strong knowledge of OHSA, HSE and CSA standards.
• PMP and MS Office proficiency; MS Project familiarity.

Responsibilities

• LeadGive & Go’s health & safety compliance program with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage capital plan execution, resourcing and change management in line with local legislation and Mondelez standards.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments, LOTO, machine guarding programs and related documentation.
• Create dashboards and reports; present updates to Steering Committee.
