Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee the company's health, safety, and environmental programs across Midland/The Woodlands markets. You will develop, update and implement policies to protect assets and reduce losses.

The role requires leading a team of HSE professionals, guiding incident investigations, and reporting metrics to senior management. Strength in communication, training and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety/health field or related discipline.
• 7+ years of oilfield operations or engineering related experience.
• Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
• ASP or CSP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and champion the HSE program across the market.
• Supervise staff and provide coaching to develop personnel.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and CFR standards.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collect, publish HSE statistics and report to management.
• Support training, audits, budgeting and plan development.
