Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across operations and shared services. You will coordinate delivery of HSE services, interface with regulators and clients, and ensure adherence to safety standards across sites.

The role emphasizes training, documentation, and implementation of safety plans, with accountability for performance and strategic direction within the function.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• Capable of Planning & Scheduling HSE related work/training/meeting activities.
• Possesses general computer skills (i.e. email, WORD, Excel).
• Experience with 10-12 years in HSE with certifications/qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Health Safety and Environment initiatives and personnel.
• Coordinate delivery of HSE products and services to operations and shared services personnel.
• Interface and negotiate with regulatory bodies, clients and subcontractors.
• Execute processes impacting training, report writing, quality control, plan development and implementation.
• Promote compliance with health standards directed by regulatory agencies.
